It's been a while since I updated this blog LOL!

 

So, what have I been up to? Waaaaaay too much to write here but I'll try to do a few updates with pix over the next few days. Then I'll try to give this thing more attention more often, promise, probably

Let's start with a few of my favourite people pix taken recently...

1. Dance!

This is the  2Faced Theatre Company, who spent a week working with children in local High Schools. This was the press shot I did at the end of their performance at The Performing Arts Centre in Hindley. The motion blur whilst still getting the main shot in focus is done in camera - no photoshop trickery. If anyone's interested in how - I'll elaborate.

2. Coming down!

This was taken recently in Manchester at the "Platform 4" event in Piccadilly Gardens. I liked the expressions on the faces of the onlookers.

3. STOP!

Here's another from Manchester Piccadilly - this time at the protests surrounding the Iranian Elections. What caught my eye was the little girl sat waiting patiently while her parents get stuck into the protest above here. Should she be there? Should THEY just STOP? I dunno.

4. Happy at the Café!

On a happier note - this great character was sat outside a cafe with us on a recent trip ro Seahouses in Northumberland.

5. Giz a chip Grandad!

And finally -  a nice moment I spotted recently in Keswick. This little chap was tucking into his Grandad's chips!
