Save WiganThe last few weeks have been hectic. Many discussions, meet-ups and email correspondence later and the "Save Wigan" website is ready.

Please take a look. More content will be added on a regular basis. We also plan on having a section on the town's history that will be of interest to a wider audience.

I have said once or twice Brian that some of the photos I have taken over the past 20 years on visits to Wigan can no longer be taken because the building or view is no longer there.Being born in the 1940's and growing up in the Wigan I knew is really sad because almost all of it has disappeared.
