Found a shoulder of pork in the freezer and decided to make some sausages. The pork is actually wild boar cross, so thought it might make quite tasty sausage filling.The only problem was, only had beef casings in, so decided to use those. (Got enough left over for black puddings which are the next thing im making)
This worked a treat apart from the fact that these seem to be the worlds biggest sausages. Could only eat one for my tea. Am stuffed now!
Had a hell of a laugh making them though. I highly recommend making them just for the fun of it.

I look particularly evil in this. Don't know why, perhaps its the thought of eating one of them!
